12.  The Company shall not be responsible for any performance or service problems caused by third-party websites or service providers. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether it is responsible for any malfunctions or disruptions. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to the Site and its content, products, and services to anyone at its sole discretion. The Company may refund the initial fee charged for the use of the Site or its content, subject to the Company's refund policy. Refunds will not be issued after thirty (30) days from the payment, regardless of the reason for disruption.

14.  This Site is administered by Canada Study Consultants and Technology Solutions Inc., which is located in Alberta, Canada. Any matter arising out of the use of this Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta to determine any action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Site.

15.  You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials or content you post or share on the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services provided, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or services. The Company reserves the right to assume exclusive defense in any claim for which it is entitled to indemnification under this Section. You shall provide cooperation as reasonably requested by the Company.

16.  These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use to which you are bound.

17.  You agree that your use of the Site shall not violate any applicable local, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law. If you violate any of the Terms of Use, your limited license to use the Content will automatically terminate.
