TERMS OF USE

  1. By using canadastudyconsultants.com (referred to as "Site"), you agree that all the materials, including content, videos, training materials, products, services, and other materials (referred to as "Content") provided by Canada Study Consultants and Technology Solutions Inc. (referred to as "Company") or third parties on the Site, as well as the overall look and feel, are intended for your personal use and are the property of the Company or its third-party providers. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for personal purposes, provided you comply with these Terms of Use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, use for public or commercial purposes, or download any Company Content without written permission. Any modification or other use of the Content for different purposes is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights, which may result in monetary damages and penalties. You are not permitted to distribute, modify, transmit, or use the Site's content or any Content for public or commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company.

  2. The trade names, trademarks, images, and biographical information of individuals used in the Company Content and found on canadastudyconsultants.com (referred to as "Site"), including the names "canadastudyconsultants.ca" and "canadastudyconsultants.com" are either the property of the Company or used with permission. Unauthorized use of the Content is strictly prohibited, unless explicitly permitted by these Terms of Use. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights, as well as privacy, publicity, and other laws. Nothing in this Agreement or on the Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademark or proprietary information without express written consent from the Company or the respective third-party owner. The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and may remove content and accounts that infringe upon those rights or violate these Terms of Use. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact the Company with the relevant information.

  3. All Content on the Site, such as text, data, graphics files, videos, sound files, and other materials, is copyrighted and owned by the Company or its suppliers, unless otherwise noted. These materials may only be used as provided in these Terms of Use.

  4. The content, materials, and information provided on this site are intended for general informational purposes only. They are not intended to serve as a substitute for professional legal advice or guidance. The site does not provide legal advice, and any information contained herein should not be relied upon as such.

  5. The site owner, administrators, and contributors make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided on this site. The Company will own all rights to such submissions, including intellectual property rights, and can use, publish, and disseminate them for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. No obligation of confidentiality exists for such submissions.

  9. You are solely responsible for the learning experience and progress in the self-study course content. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to benefit from the Content.

  10. The Company takes commercially reasonable measures to protect data and files from unauthorized access. However, no system, even if password protected, can be entirely impenetrable. You acknowledge the possibility of unauthorized third-party access, viewing, copying, modifying, or distributing of the data and files you store on the Site. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

  11.  The Company will not intentionally disclose your personally identifying information to third parties, except where required by law or to enforce these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you indicate your acceptance of the Company's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please refrain from using the Site.

  12.  The Company shall not be responsible for any performance or service problems caused by third-party websites or service providers. Any such problems shall be governed solely by the agreement between you and that provider. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether it is responsible for any malfunctions or disruptions. The Company may also limit your use of the Site or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or any other rules or conditions. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to the Site and its content, products, and services to anyone at its sole discretion. The Company may refund the initial fee charged for the use of the Site or its content, subject to the Company's refund policy. Refunds will not be issued after thirty (30) days from the payment, regardless of the reason for disruption.

  13.  In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, reliance, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not. This includes damage or loss of property, equipment, information, data, profits, revenue, goodwill, cost of capital, cost of replacement services, or claims for service interruptions or transmission problems, caused by any defect in the Site, its content, or related materials, or the inability to use services provided. This limitation of liability applies even if the Company has been advised or is aware of the possibility of such damages.

  14.  This Site is administered by Canada Study Consultants and Technology Solutions Inc., which is located in Alberta, Canada. Any matter arising out of the use of this Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta to determine any action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Site.

  15.  You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials or content you post or share on the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services provided, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or services. The Company reserves the right to assume exclusive defense in any claim for which it is entitled to indemnification under this Section. You shall provide cooperation as reasonably requested by the Company.

  16.  These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use to which you are bound.

  17.  You agree that your use of the Site shall not violate any applicable local, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law. If you violate any of the Terms of Use, your limited license to use the Content will automatically terminate. You must immediately cease your use of the Site and destroy any copies of the Content or any portion thereof.
